The principal aim of the projectis is to give saitary assistance and help to the poorest populations living in the villages in the land which are not provided with any sanitary service,devoided of public means of transport and situated 40 km far from the nearest hospital.the activity will be carried out with the use of a Mobile Hospital that is a means of transport equipped with oxygen cylinder,emergency medicines and all the equippment necessary to do radiographies,blood tests,urine tests and electrocardiograms.there will also be an equipe composed by a doctor,three nurses and a driver.

The project involves the presence of the Mobile Hospital twice a week in each village that is eighty-eight presences a month in the different villages.With this activity we want to bring sanitary assistance even in case of emergency.The beneficiarie will be about 100,000 villagers,most of whom are children (the average number of children in a family is 8-10),pregnant women and new mothers,children under 5 who are undernourisshed,who suffer from anaemia and diarrhoea,disabled people with physical handicap or ritardo mentale, blind, deaf or dumb people, old people or recovering /in rehabilitation patients.
To make the project substenible also in future years,we foresee the realisation of formative courses regarding ,nourishment/ feeding,hygiene,security, illnesses prevention as HIV,TBC and hepatitis E with the help of mediators and formatori posti side by side with the activity of the Mobile Hospital.
“First_Help” is a project developed in cooperaton witha local indin partner that is Doctor Brigheeta V.V. director of Saint Mary Polyclinic that is the the private hospital / sanitary facility of Lucknow.
